If you wait five minutes without logging in and then shut down, does the problem occur? Before you gather the logs, please run LiveUpdate to make sure that you have the 17.5 version. I also noticed that if I click cancel instead of end now the computers also turn off. I'm also still unable to shut the computer down normally (I'm still getting the "ccSvcHost.exe" issue).
I now have to pass the issue to the responsible team to get a more specific diagnosis.
