You are a life saver 🙂 I did not have any prob with the registry (no upperfilters or lowerfilters) and then I saw your comment about deleting the Toshiba Recovery Media I have Intel Pentium and tried to update but everything says I have the right driver. Step 6 - Delete related entries from the registry If the problem persists then there is a problem with your Windows operating system.
