I did a number of things that didn't end up working, but what did work (and it was just luck that I happened to do this), is to click on the Then uninstalled Toshiba Recovery Media Creator through Revo Uninstaller and rebooted. Still not operational. this is the 1st time the upper and lower filters were not the issue. However, there is no yellow triangle by the DVD entry in Device Manager. Can someone please help me to find admin log in point please.
