I am happy to learn that my updating the BIOS was the culprit, as I have no problems now. Press the key once every second until a BIOS Setup utility screen opens. I cannot boot my computer because of a NTSF file missing code. My board is Intel DG41WV Processor is intel E5700 and my computer shows CMOS Time not set error with checksum bad error and usually auto reboot after some time. check over here
